Addendum February 2020: 2-day stay, excellent medical care, great food, the rooms are functional, only the built-in screen with the Sky program is borderline in terms of resolution, only somewhat viewable when the room is completely dark, these screens are generally fine installed in every hospital, as well as in the LKH, UKH.
Looking through the few reviews, it becomes apparent that recent newcomers to our social system have not felt well looked after. In my humble opinion, these 1 star reviews are completely unjustified and not worth paying attention to.
From my experience so far the best private clinic in Graz. Friendliness is very important here. Cleanliness, food and the reason why you are here: the medical team works excellently.

The entire staff was extremely friendly and incredibly helpful, even when it was an MR exam through the health insurance provider and I wasn't always in attendance I was able to follow the doctors' or nurses' instructions carefully. I was hospitalized with my son (6) for a few days and we felt very comfortable there. The room was very modern and the entire staff, doctors, nursing staff and surgical team, were very competent and child-friendly. Next time we will come back to this sanatorium.

I was given an appointment for an MRI. The entire process from admission to MR is well thought out. When I asked about my pain, the problem was comprehensively addressed and the examination was carried out.

I stayed in your house with my 3 year old son for 3 days. I can only thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything. A big compliment to all professional groups, everyone was more than friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable. Special attention was paid to my son. We communicated directly with him and asked about his wishes and needs. We, but especially he, felt very comfortable. In the recovery room I was allowed to cuddle with him and be very close to him to make this situation as comfortable as possible for him.
I come from a nursing background myself, so I would like to give a special thank you to my colleagues who looked after him so caringly and self-sacrificingly despite his very busy work schedule. His wishes were always taken into account and implemented.
The room was very nice and modern, everything smelled brand new.
You hope you never have to go to the hospital, but if you do, you always have to go back to your house.
